Beauty's indifference is but a pose


Dear to us, no doubt, is beauty's every grace .
But, we fall specially for a simple face.

How can tulip and rose be compared with you,
Weak are these metaphors to illustrate your grace.

The night of separation too has come aglow,
Are these the tears of sorrow or bits of moon ablaze.

The fire of love is such a hell, the sight of heaven which displays,
Beauty's indifference is but a pose, she drops no hint , yet insinuates ....
